Here’s a natural ruby from Mozambique that’s been spared exposure to heat treatment, as certified by the GemResearch Swisslab in Lucerne, Switzerland; therefore, its color and clarity are completely natural—a very rare find. The ruby’s color is a striking vivid red with a color intensity that’s also vivid, meaning it has the most color saturation possible without moving toward opaque or “over-colored.” Its clarity exhibit very small visible inclusions, seen mostly from a side angle, which doesn't greatly affect the overall appearance of the stone. And let’s not forget this ruby’s noteworthy transparency, which allows you to admire every bit of its fiery interior.
