Pave Ruby Pendant 0.40 Ct., 18K Yellow Gold

From the sun warmed slopes of Mozambique to the quiet hum of our atelier bench, this pendant tells a story of earth and craft. Deep in ruby bearing gravels, skilled hands found a transparent oval ruby, 0.40 carat, 4.54 x 3.54 x 2.92 mm, its pinkish red hue carrying intense color saturation and an excellent polish. The stone, heat treated to enhance its natural beauty, shows a clarity grade of very slightly included when evaluated at eye level. We at The Natural Ruby Company worked with master cutters to bring out every facet of its mixed brilliant cut, shaping light into a lively, internal fire. The setting is entirely 14K yellow gold, a warm frame that echoes the ruby color while adding a timeless weight to the piece. Around the center stone a ribbon of white round natural diamonds, weighing approximately 0.19 carats, clarity VS and color grade F or G, traces a delicate halo and infinity loop, each diamond chosen for sparkle, balance, and provenance. Every step of the journey was considered, from ethical sourcing practices in Mozambique, to careful heat enhancement disclosure, to the final polish that allows the ruby to float securely within its golden embrace.
