Product description
Here’s a natural ruby from Myanmar (formerly Burma), considered a top source for one of the rarest of all gemstones. Its rich red color is characteristic of the rubies found in this location and shows indications of heating to enhance its hue, as certified by the GemResearch Swisslab in Lucerne, Switzerland. That hue is intensely saturated throughout the ruby for an explosion of color at every turn. This you can clearly as a result of the ruby’s which indicates only very, very small visible inclusions that do not greatly affect the quality of the stone. It’s also a remarkable size for a natural ruby, at 4.04 impressive carats.
